Support a New Solar and Battery Storage Facility at Sperberry Hill, North Herts

Our plans for a new 25MW solar and 12.5MW battery storage facility at Sperberry Hill, near Hitchin, Hertfordshire will provide a stable, secure and low-cost energy supply. Solar power is a clean energy source that doesn’t emit pollutants into our atmosphere and our proposal will help us achieve net zero by 2050. Our plans will also enhance and increase biodiversity in the area. We will create additional wildflower margins and hedgerows to allow local wildlife the chance to flourish.

If you want to see our plans become a reality, it is important to let North Hertfordshire Council know.
