In order to upload a video, you just have to click “Select Files” button and then choose a video you have pre-recorded or “Take video” to record one then.

It doesn’t have to be very long, it would be great if you could highlight the great reasons why you want to see our plans become reality but it’s also ok if you just want to say you support the Hulton Park application and it should be approved.
