In addition to new homes our proposals will also include:
– A significant amount of green open space, including a play area for children;
– Sensitive and well-designed spaces that reflect our committment to delivering high quality communities;
– Pedestrian and cycle networks which connect to the wider community and provide a sustainable mode of transport to nearby facilities;
– Improvements to the local road network including a crossing on Wilmslow Road and improvements to the local cycle network.
– Our application for phase 1 will include 202 of the 325 new homes. With another planning application submitted later for the remaining 123.
